The US Army's Genuine level 4 wind jacket is a lightweight outer layer designed to keep wind at bay when worn on top of other cold weather clothing. Equipped with a full-length zipper, this jacket also features two zippered pockets for convenient storage. Additionally, there are shoulder pockets with hook and loop flaps and hidden IR tabs, and loop fields on the front for attaching name and rank patches. When not in use, this lightweight jacket can be easily packed away.
